Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MATI. If you use MATI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

MATI provides AI-assisted research, strategy, content creation, SEO optimization, publishing, and related workflow tools for B2B teams. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

We may offer free tools, waitlist access, beta features, or paid subscription plans. Availability of specific features may depend on your plan, integrations, and account status.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access or security incidents

You agree not to:

• Use MATI for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law
• Use automated means to abuse free tools, waitlists, or trial offerings
• Violate the terms of connected third-party platforms such as LinkedIn or X

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

You retain ownership of content, data, and materials you submit to MATI ("Customer Content"). You grant MATI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display Customer Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to provide Customer Content and to publish generated outputs through connected channels.

MATI may generate drafts, recommendations, summaries, and other outputs using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for ensuring it is accurate, compliant, and appropriate for your audience.

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. MATI does not guarantee performance, rankings, engagement, leads, revenue, or publishing outcomes.

MATI may integrate with third-party platforms and providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions they take on your account.

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select
• Payments are processed by our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods

MATI and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, excluding Customer Content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service except as expressly permitted.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the service, except as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MATI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

You will defend and indemnify MATI against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your Customer Content, your published outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using MATI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MATI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
