MATI uses artificial intelligence to analyze inputs you provide and connected data sources to generate recommendations, drafts, summaries, and published content. We process this information to deliver the service you request. We do not use your private account content to train public foundation models unless you explicitly opt in or we clearly disclose otherwise.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

• Service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, analytics, email, payment, and AI infrastructure providers
• Integration partners you connect to MATI, when you authorize those connections
• Publishing platforms where you choose to publish content, such as LinkedIn or X
• Professional advisors, auditors, or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
